Die Gebäudegeometrie lässt die äußeren Ecken etwas zu den Grundstücksgrenzen abrücken. Dadurch öffnen sich zwei Bereiche am Grundstück zu den angrenzenden Nachbarn. Es entsteht einerseits das tiefer gelegene südseitige Ankommen, das die offizielle Adresse bildet, andererseits der höher gelegene Grünraum im Osten.
