Die gleichmäßig angeordneten, zwei bis dreigeschossigen Häuser vermitteln in ihrer feinen Streuung zwischen der heterogenen Bebauung im Süden und den 4 Geschossigen Wohnbauten im Norden. Durch die Gruppierung der Gebäude zu hofartigen Gruppen wird das Baufeld fein strukturiert, unterschiedliche hochwertige Außenräume entstehen. Plätze, Höfe und Wege erzeugen einen attraktiven Siedlungsraum.

Großzügige umlaufende Balkone und Privatgärten prägen das Siedlungsbild, die Retention im Westen wird mit Bäumen bepflanzt wodurch ein Filter zur Landesstraße entsteht. Das Dach wird mit 20° Neigung asymmetrisch in der jeweiligen Längsrichtung der Hauser als Satteldach ausgebildet und mit schmalen Blechdachbahnen in grauer Farbe strukturiert.
